- A. Confirm follow upon date, time and down payment.
- Note, this is a non refundable deposit to hold your date. If you need to move date, we will need 72hours-2week notice to move your date. We book up fast, therefore the next date you ate requesting may already be booked.

- Q. How much do I need to pay down for my spa party?
- A. C.C. to hold required to book the date.
- Any late Cancels -A 20% charge This is a non refundable deposit.
- Balance of money due upon arrival.
- Q. What about gratuity?
- A. Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients.
- Average, 10-15% of your total service is customary.
- Total tip is devided amongst the team.
- Q. What payment options do I have?
- A. We accept, checks, cash, Vica, MC, Paypal for services.
- Q. What is your cancellation policy for Spa Parties?
- A. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum of 72 hrs. - 2week notice for any Spa party to avoid cancellation/change charge. In event you need to cancel your Spa party completely, and are not able to reschedule to a different date, The deposit is non-refundable.

- A. Robe & Slippers are provided for use while attending.

- A. Yes, but there are some limits to items allowed.
- Q. Do you have us complete a client intake form?
- A. Yes, to ensure proper services for your individual health needs. Please come 15 -20minutes early to complete the necessary forms.

- A. Each guests will check in. pay their balance due. Receive a client service card-in take form. Complete forms. change into one of our spa party robes or just your comfortalbe clothes, then relax and enjoy the fun.

- Our Spa Consultant & Coordinators attend, manage each location layout plan for your event. We will provide Decor for each floorplan, music, flowers, candles, aromatherapy, Spa Products, Robes, Slippers, Linens for all Spa Parties. Spa Parties allow time for meals, beverages, social and fun time.
- Spa equipment: will be set up as a dry room set-up. our spa/facial/massage tables. Nail & Pedicure, Yoga and Spa Products.
- Cooking equipment for cooking classes: Our Personal Chef can cook healthy meals at each event (or) cater -deliver to you.
- Complete staff: of licensed and insured technicians (over 30 years experience) to provide the spa services for your event. Full service spa treatments for you and your guests.
- Certified Chefs will be provided for cooking classes
- Certified yoga instructors for yoga classes.
- Juice, herbal tea and fruit & snack bar. Good for hydration during the spa treatments, it is essential to keep fluids in your body.
